Shipping and Delivery
When will my order ship?
We generally ship orders in 1-3 days. Please allow more time during peak Holiday Season or for large bulk or specialty orders. If you have a specific date that you need an order, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your request. We ship most orders via UPS Ground which generally takes 1-4 business days to arrive from Nashville depending on the destination once we have shipped.
Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
Yes! During the checkout process you will enter your address and can choose in-store pick up if you want to pick up your order at our retail location in Cool Springs. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up and behind the register under your name.

Can you deliver to my hotel, office, or home?
We currently offer local delivery within a 6 mile radius of our Cool Springs store location for online orders. This option will populate in the checkout process once you enter the address if it is inside of our delivery zone. If you have a large order that is outside of our radius, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request as we will attempt to do so when possible.
